Review of Zara's Afghan Cuisine

Having served in Afghanistan twice, I was really wanting to try Zaras! I was not disappointed! Everything on the buffet was delicious and, best of all for me, gluten-free! The bread brought to the table was the only gluten containing item. Talked with Tony (the owner) and he was very knowledgeable about Celiac disease and told me to just ask for him every time I come in and he will ensure that proper protocols are used. I would definitely rate Zara’s as very #Celiac_Friendly! I will definitely be back!
