We do carry gluten free now. We were just in a precautionary phase considering that we mix over 1,500 pounds of flour in the store per week. For a gluten intollerant person, it is fine. I would not recomend us for a true celiac. Dangers of cross contamination are just too numerous. We do our best to make sure we limit gluten as much as possible. Can not make a gluten free promise considering how much flour is introduced into the air on a weekly basis.
On a side note, we also now offer a vegan cheese!
