I have celiac and was planning to go to this restaurant because I had heard good things about it having gluten-free pasta. However, when I called to talk to the manager as I always do to confirm its safety, I was appalled at his answers and his attitude. He said they will not cook the gluten-free pasta in different water from the regular, and seemed annoyed that I would ask - much less expect - them to. He said they “were not chemists” and don’t keep kosher (does he really think that has anything to do with my concern about gluten?). I don’t know if their management has changed since I first heard this was a good restaurant for gluten-free Italian food, but I definitely won’t go there.
