Review of Zavino

WOW! We were so impressed! My daughter couldn't decide what she wanted so she and I each ordered with the intention of splitting (GF pasta dish and GF pizza). I then ordered a cheese plate. Before I could ask for any bread to be put on the side Dayanna (our waitress) offered GF bread. She brought the dish with several pieces (enough for our family to enjoy) of the BEST GF bread I have ever tasted. It was like a focaccia. I asked Dayanna several times if it was really GF. It was that good. She said it is made in house from scratch. The pizza (personal sized) was crispy and delicious. Not the typical GF cracker type crust, more like a focaccia. Again, made in house from scratch! I had the same question about pasta..."Are you sure this is the GF pasta?" It was firm and flavorful. Absolutely loved it. If you didn't know our meals were GF you would not think they any different. The only down side was no GF desserts. As an aside, my daughter is very sensitive, we would have known within 20 min if she was glutened. She did not have any problems. This is a keeper! We will definitely go back!!
