I ended up at Zaytoon due to a craving for Mediterranean food. After discovering that our local Greek staples had gluten in ALL of their meats, I called Zaytoon to check to see what they had. The hostess was great, and double checked with the chef/owner before giving me the answer that “Yes! We can do gluten free!”I ordered the lamb kabob platter with a side of babaganoush (sans pita) and a Greek salad with chicken shawarma on top.When I got to the restaurant, the owner came out and showed me everything on the menu that they don’t use any gluten in... which is pretty much everything... INCLUDING their falafel.Not to mention, the food is so great. Definitely check them out and support this great family business!
