ZaZaZa Pizza

They have a new supplier for their GF pizza crust and no longer use Joy of Gluten Free. They've opted for a thinner crust through a new supplier. Looking forward to trying it as I found their previous crust thick, a bit soggy, and hard on the digestion (chick pea flour). ***update*** I went back this past week and had their NEW brown rice flour pizza crust and am so glad I did! It's thin and crunchy on the edges. It didn't sog and mush up as time went by like the old crust did and I actually look forward to going back (which unfortunately was not the case with the chickpea flour crust they used to have). Thumbs up to Zazaza for this improvement!!

This pizza place offers a gluten free pizza crust for any of its pizzas, for a small extra cost. The crust is actually made by the joy of gluten free bakery on greenbank road. It's a decent crust. ZaZaZa Pizza just opened a second location in the glebe.
