Called ahead of time and was told they can make gluten free fried fish and chips. We drove out that way, asked the hostess again before we put our name in, and waited over 30 minutes for our table. Once we were seated, our waitress informed us that their dedicated fryer has been down for a while now and they couldn’t accommodate. We tried to go through options on the menu (nothing labeled gluten free) and the kitchen didn’t want to modify any meal but the salad. My boyfriend had the Cobia and I had a wedge salad with shrimp. We have both been very sick to our stomach since. Giving it 3 stars for the waitress who tried her best to accommodate despite the difficult kitchen and for the crème brûlée and bushwhacker.

My daughter had grilled shrimp, coleslaw and the cornbread appetizer with sausage and crawfish that I was assured more than once was all gluten free. Not sure what it was but within 2 hours she was violently ill. The meal was delicious but I don’t think we will go back. I’m not sure what caused her reaction but it’s been over a year since she has been this sick.

Nothing is labeled on their menu, but the waitress was very knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer, she would go ask the chef. The fried seafood platter was gf and it had fried fish and fries. My husband got the tuna and it was also gf so we shared. Very, very good food and I felt safe eating it.
