Gluten Free soy sauce

I had the edamame and shrimp hibachi both made with Gf soy sauce and it was all delicious and the drinks were so good. I was able to have the salad with the balsamic dressing.

Visited this place in the past and had no problems. A few months ago I went and was told by the waitress they had no gluten free options. I was surprised and said I'd been there before but she insisted, so I had to leave. I saw a recently added review in this app and I thought maybe it was just a misinformed employee and tried going again. Same thing, employee (female) informed me they had gluten free soy sauce but could not say they made gluten free meals. Either this place needs to educate their employees, or they don't really have gluten free options other than the soy sauce.

Great GF meal! Waitress was very knowledgeable and made every effort to deliver a wonderful Asian meal. Gluten free soy sauce - 👍👍👍

sushi and hibachi were wonderful, servers knew what I could and couldn't eat. Very good meal!
