All of the toast can be made GF but I would ask about cross contamination if you are really sensitive to it. The bread itself is good, not dry or artificial tasting like some can be. They also offer gluten free cookies and peanut butter bars that are both delicious. They now make all of their bakery items in house so again, I would ask about cross contamination if that's a concern. The staff always notes the allergy and washes hands, etc
