I had four different staff help me (barista on entering, 2 people at register, and waitstaff), and every single one of them could automatically tell me what was safe, the risks, and the care taken in the kitchen. I didn't have to ask my normal questions because they answered them straight away!
No separate fryer, but they did my hash cakes separately and they were amazing. I was going to get bacon because I thought brisket wouldn't be safe, but it was. So good.
Atmosphere is really cool as a bonus.
