I’ve been going here awhile and they’ve always offered gluten free, soy sauce, when making food on the hibachi. The most recent time I visited the hibachi Cook didn’t understand what I meant by gluten free. The the waitress had the back kitchen make my meal gluten-free just in case the habachi cook didn’t make it right. There was no cross-contamination and the food tasted excellent. I ended up ordering the steak and scallop meal.
