I told my waitress I had Celiac Disease and she was VERY accommodating! They have a gluten-free pasta and they cook it in separate pans. My waitress even went through the sauces with me to find one that did NOT have flour in it and talked about using an oil base sauce. It was fabulous! I will definitely be back! Ask for Gabby as your waitress, she knows her stuff!
I have eaten here 5 times and I am extremely sensitive and have had no problems. The chef is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I have had. The food is delicious!!
They offer GF pasta BUT I was asked if I was allergic or only avoided gluten. Red Flag. I told them I would get sick. I got sick!
