Dedicated GF store/bakery! Everything is GF!! A few lunch items like by-the-slice pizza and such, but a ton of baked and frozen pastries and such. Also shelves of GF groceries to buy. Must-do on the way to or from the airport.
Also some lactose free items too.

Perfect stop after picking up a rental car at Palermo airport. Little shop in sleepy Village, dont be put off by rather closed look on the outside, check if door is open. Huge selection of backed goods (on a Saturday). Both sweet and salty, and a little shop with gluten free goods. We've had some excellent panini for lunch and could not believe they were only 3-4 euro's since they were huge and incredibly fresh made to order.

A Little market in villagrazia. They have a lot of products from schär and a own bakery.
I ate a calzone and it was delicious!!
