Turkey sandwich was delicious! I got a whole but would have been fine with a half. Felt like it was safe and didn't get sick later.

It was a little busy (1:45 on a Saturday), so I guess they were very backed up. Lots of people who ordered after us got their orders way before we did. We appreciate being extra careful with gluten free orders, but they microwaved the frozen gf bread 30 minutes after we ordered. Our order took 50 minutes to come out and our daughter’s gf sub was so burnt, it was completely black on both sides. We didn’t want to complain and have them remake it since it had taken so long in the first place. By the time she picked the black off, there wasn’t much left of the roll and it fell apart. She was super disappointed.

I got the turkey sub - the roll was fantastic! Didn't taste GF at all. I asked if they toasted it on a separate pan, and they do for every GF order. They even put it in a different colored bag to note that it was GF. Would definitely recommend and go back!

Service was great. Staff was very knowledgeable. Large sub was actually 2 small subs. I was impressed. delicious food and the bread was tasty for GF. No issues.

They have the BEST GLUTEN FREE HOAGIE BUNS, They come from a local bakery and dont fall apart. The hoagies are the same size as the non gluten free. They are significantly better than Jersey Mikes. Plus they have more meat and flavor. Best hoagie for GF in Virginia Beach or anywhere else. Prep was done separately too.

NOT CELIAC SAFE. My brother got very sick after eating here. They do not care about cross contamination. Save yourself the trouble, I wouldn't risk it for a sub par sandwich. Go to Jersey Mike's if possible.

The customer service here was horrible. I explained my situation with gluten and watched them cross contaminate my sandwich. My friend and i informed them of what they did wrong and said that they were gonna have to start over. The guy picked up my sandwich aggressively threw it in the trash with a lot of attitude, and said I ain’t touching this order. I’ll never be back

This was a wonderful experience! When I mentioned that I had an allergy, Mark (the owner) immediately changed his gloves to prepare my sandwich. The sub bun was in its own packaging. My sub bun was heated in a separate microwave and my sub was brought out to me on a separate tray. On top of all of this, my Philly cheesesteak was DELICIOUS! I totally recommend Zero’sSubs!

First time I’ve had a Philly Chicken Cheese since being GF and it was delicious! They have GF bread that is individually packaged, use a separate microwave and trays to warm and toast bread. Also ask the severity of your allergy when you order your food!

Guy on phone was very annoyed that we asked about cross contamination. Got to store, same guy was a total dick when we asked if gloves changed and food prep was done away from all other breads. Was about to drop $50.00 on the store but I guess they already make enough money and don’t need mine. I can’t speak to the potential of getting sick or if allergy safe, but I will never spend my money at a store that treats me like a problem. Plenty of other places willing to take my cash that know how to freaking talk to people.

Very tasty. I haven't had a good steak and cheese in awhile and it was yummy!

Sub bread was excellent but sadly disappointed when I got back to my hotel and realized they made my Cuban without pickles on it. Without the pickle addition the sandwich was bland and needed mayo to help with the dryness. Family also got the gf Italian grinder and they enjoyed it!

Heaven! This place is great. I have celiac and as strict paleo eater, I allow myself to have gluten free treats and bread occasionally. Since we are on vacation, I decided to have good sub. It was delicious and celiac safe 👙

Excellent GF subs- very careful about cross contamination, changed gloves and used a separate surface before I even could ask! Rolls came prepackaged in their own clear package and they were delicious!! Will definitely be back

First time here... great food, great environment. Family owned. Very careful, asks about allergy level. Bread for the steak and cheese was fluffy and not the typical fall apart mess. Was even amazing heated in microwave the next day. Worth the stop, would definitely go again.

We have eaten here before and the gf subs and Ciders are wonderful. However, call first as we went today and they said they have not been able to get gf buns for several weeks. Hopefully they will get them again soon.

Fantastic! Had no issues at all! The manager went through every item and showed me ingredient lists of things that he was unsure about and changed his gloves and used different pan before I could even request it! Highly recommend this place!!!

My first sub since being diagnosed with celiac and it was DELICIOUS!

Owner is very nice! He has a tasty GF sub bun for sandwiches. Almost all meat on menus are GF. Got excited I might get to have a Philly cheesesteak but he double checked ingredients list and there was the questionable ingredient natural flavors which could be anything so I chose something else.
