Chocolate caramel torte. I have dreams about this, it’s that good!
Mexican salad, avocado, cilantro, lime. Super fresh and large portion. Split this and a pizza with my non-celiac husband and it was almost too much to finish. We’re meat eaters but still enjoyed it!
Lavender lemonade was sweetened with natural sweeteners so not sugary at all but fresh!

Dedicated gluten free facility as well as vegan. Toasted hazelnut pancakes were to die for. Stuffed mushrooms were also amazing. In town for work and cannot wait to eat here all week, knowing I won’t get sick.

Having a place where I could order anything on the menu was amazing! Everything was so flavorful and beautiful! We had the sushi, the pizza, and the stuffed avocado salad, as well as the chocolate hazelnut pie, all of which were very good. The sushi was my favorite!

Though I’m not vegan, However I truly enjoyed the Thai sunrise bowl. Paired with the il faggio montepulciano d’abruzzo -italy red. My meal with wine was less than $30 which of course is pleasant. The bar tender was especially polite.

All gf (with the exception of some beers), dairy free(it’s a vegan restaurant). Felt safe, didn’t get sick. Even met the owner who was cool and knowledgeable. We had pizza, Mexican salad, carrot cake(amazing but a little too sweet for my taste). The stuffed mushrooms were killer and the chocolate caramel tarte was out of this world. One of the best desserts dairy or non-dairy I’ve ever had, hands down. Fairly priced. Great quality. Atmosphere was bar and grill so good for a quick casual lunch/appetizer during the day, or a cool night spot for a romantic dinner/ dessert. Went here twice on our weekend trip. Only complaint, our lunch waitress wasn’t friendly or attentive (snobby/annoyed vibe, and sloppily dressed.). But our waiter the next night was great.

As far as gluten/allergen friendly this place is 5 stars all around! I wasn’t aware going in but it is mostly vegan as well as gluten free. The only downside is so many vegan items are made using cashews and I am unable to eat cashews from my Celiac’s. However, I will say my hubby had no idea he ate a vegan pizza and he is usually very picky when it comes to vegan items. He ate the entire thing and didn’t realize until halfway through that it was vegan. I ordered the curry Thai bowl (minus cashews) and it was great! We also split the salted caramel hazelnut tart for dessert and it was surprisingly light. Absolutely no need to worry about cross contamination or getting sick here.

Went there wanting something along the lines of comfort food for the brunch timeframe. The buckwheat pancakes with all the toppings is the way to go! I had never tried ginger sour cream, but trying it on the side really rounded out all the flavors. The hubby got the special which was grilled cheese (super flavorful) and the vegetable Thai soup. We were so pleased and will go back!

This place is like finding heaven! Everything is GF so ask for the specials and do yourself a favor and save room for the carrot cake! Was driving through and found this gem and it was the best pit stop I could have ever found. Go out of your way if you have to, it’s worth it!

Stayed at a hotel around the corner, and wish I was in town longer, because I really wanted to try their Irish stew. Had sushi and an awesome salad, and came back a second time for their amazing carrot cake. I have a ton of food allergies, and it was great to not have to worry when I went out to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Love! Love! Love! This is the only restaurant in Utah where I can order anything off the menu and I don’t have to ask one question about what is in it. The whole place is 100% gluten free. There is no soy and no dairy in the whole place. The food is fresh, clever and delicious. Brunch is so fun with fresh squeezed juice mimosas. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about nightshades, but allergies, modifications on the menu. 😍

So interesting. The middle aged hostess was rude and full of attitude. We were greeted by our waiter then a different waiter approached while my wife was in the restroom and seemed irritated that I wasn’t ready to order for both of us. The food is flavorless and expensive don’t bother with the berry lavender lemonade it’s also flavorless. My wife had the Mac n cheese skillet , took 4 bites and quit, it was horrible and largely flavorless. Don’t waste your time here pick anywhere else.

Picking a Celiac friendly restaurant can be a crap shoot sometimes. Not here. My wife and her two children all have Celiac. I'm don't. We've eaten here many times and never even a hint of a problem (my wife is super-ultra sensitive). The food is excellent. Between the 4 of us, we've tried almost everything on the menu. No one has ever complained about any appetizer, entrée, or dessert. The atmosphere is always chill; the service is always great; the food is always excellent, even for a bread eatin' carnivore.

Entirely gluten free, kinda fancy and hip place. We went with a group and got to have a family-style meal (our choice, to taste more things, and something we can’t usually do with gluten-eaters). They do use a lot of citrus zest and cilantro in their seasonings, so if you like those, cool. If not, there are options for other tastes as well, just ask the server for advice. The beet soup was phenomenal, as was the cheesy zucchini flatbread. They also have a great loyalty program and they give (generous discount code) birthday presents!

Yes their food is gluten free, but it's also primarily vegan. For a celiac who likes to make the most of all the foods I CAN eat, I did not enjoy the food here. Somehow they even managed to make the tomato soup taste very, very vegan.

This is a dedicated gluten free business, but also mostly vegan. I had the Zucchini Mac (zucchini instead of noodles- like Mac and cheese) with added (real) cheese on top and it was pretty good. I also followed it with a gluten free carrot cake that was pretty rich, but really good. I recommend the lavender lemonade- very refreshing. :)
