Homemade almond milk is unsweetened and without any additives like guar gum and xantham gum found in packaged non-dairy milk. Vegan shakes are naturally sweetened with fruits, no sugar. Fiber-rich whole grain salads, like citrus organic millet with veggies, are delicious! And fresh pressed juices!
