Was told that the soft serve was gluten free and was safe from cross contact. However, when they make a cone incorrectly, they put the cream back into the machine. Do not eat the soft serve. They do not understand cross contact fully. I couldn’t understand why it was making me sick until I learned the processes. It’s likely fine for someone who is gluten free by choice. Not celiac safe! If you’re going to eat there, ask for Ben. His mom is a celiac and he understands and can help you be as safe as possible! They do have bread on the premises for hotdogs. Ask for a glove change. Be very clear about your allergies and needs.
