I’ve been here several times and it never disappoints. All the food is carefully crafted and is consistently amazing. The owners are so kind and friendly, and last time I was in Ingrid explained their process for making sure they don’t cross contaminate. They use color coded cutting boards, dedicated fryers for certain items, and they make many of the sauces, based, and stocks in house from scratch. They are able to accommodate vegan, celiac, dairy free, and soy free! They put so much care into making sure their customers allergies are taken seriously. They have a forever customer in me!!!
