Zia Diner

This is a lovely place, but there is very little on the menu that is actually gf. The fryers and grill are shared. The menu is deceptive in that it has items marked gf, but they are not. I ended up with the humus plate, with gf bread and a side of guac. It was good, but you need to be very careful here.

Great food and breakfast has a ton of options. Almost everything can be made gluten free and the staff is knowledgeable.
