Food was incredible. I got a pesto, buffalo mozzarella, eggplant and sundried tomato sandwich on gluten free and have never had bread so good. Made myself and my partner question if it was gluten free or not it was that good. Shoutout to the team here, their customer service was incredible. If you are looking for a recommendation look no further.

BEST.GLUTEN.FREE.SANDWICH!!! Run done walk to this amazing hidden gem! The crispy yet soft bread is incredible. Though they do not have a dedicated gluten free kitchen they are very knowledgeable with allergies & CC and take every precaution. I did not get sick and will be going back again before leave Rome

This spot has GF rolls and is knowledgeable about GF. They are not a dedicated facility, but are careful regarding cross contamination. I ate there twice and never had any issues. Delicious lunch place! The staff was very nice.
