They offer gluten free foods but all staff clearly do not understand that gluten free means don't cut the tomatoes for my wrap on top of the bagel crumbs from the last thing you made. Really too bad because this is an otherwise healthy option among a lot of less healthy places.
Cute little cafe/juice bar in the heart of Towson's "downtown." Features sandwiches and salads for a variety of palates and offers a make-your-own option for those who just cannot decide. I had the turkey powerhouse sandwich on their raw, vegan, gluten-free wrap which was simple, yet delicious. Zia's also has an extensive juice bar and coffeehouse menu. In addition, they offer a variety raw, vegan, gluten-free, and paleo grab-and-go options such as pancakes, pudding, pastas, cheesecakes, "pizzas," juices, and salads. They are open from 9am-7pm Monday through Saturday and are a great option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. For my full review (including their raw, vegan, GF mint chocolate cheesecake), check out my blog at this link: http://www.eatingoutwithout.com/2014/11/zias-cafe-and-juice-bar.html
