Requests for substitutions or accommodations are looked at with scorn. I brought a large group here after calling ahead and being told that they could accommodate my son. Was wary of the hash browns because they couldn’t tell me anything about the spices (he has nut allergies too), so I asked for a potato. Was told this was a special request, that hash browns are in a vat that they scoop from, and they couldn’t ask the chef for anything else because he was busy with two parties that were being hosted at the time. The server made it clear that the chef would be angry if he asked. This is NOT the kind of place that will care about cross contamination. We ended up with some apple slices.

I ordered the poached pear salad with salmon. Everything was cooked perfectly! I also had options for several pieces of fish, pork chops, or steaks. It was a very nice night out. I did not have any reactions- I am celiac
