All I can say is: cross contamination. GF pizzas are prepared in the same kitchen area with all the same kitchen instruments which are dipped in the same sauce as all the regular pizzas, and yes, there is flour everywhere. The guy making our pizzas was coated in it. I got sick the day after. Won't be going back
Excellent gluten-free pizza crust! Toppings are great as well. Highly recommend it!
My non GF companion says their GF pizza is way better than the regular crust. My only negativity is having to order a whole pizza, and not being able to try different slices
Service and pizza were great. Didn't get sick from gluten free pizza at all (I don't have celiac but high sensitivity). There were plenty of pizza choices to choose from
Well I am sad to say it tasted good but I did not feel good that evening and the next day. I felt weak and my joints were sore with nausea. I am gluten intolerant. I was in bed most of the day. I was supposed to have chicken pesto pizza and we talked about olive oil and pesto. No red sauce. I got the red sauce, so that was weird. I think they mean well and they are knowledgeable when it comes to the actual food, but they need to be knowledgeable in the fact that they cannot prepare their pizzas anywhere in the same area like they need a designated station for gluten-free pizza it doesn’t even need to be big. I will try it again because I am desperate and because they also have cauliflower crust instead of just gluten-free crust and maybe that will be a different experience.
Update warning!!!!
Last night 12/17/22 I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas the crust was different. The crust look fluffy like the dough had gluten. When I questioned the staff about this, the manger said he also was suspicious when it was cooking, but checked with this chef and confirmed it was a New vegan and gluten free crust.
I still wasn’t convinced so I used my Nima sensor and it test Positive for Gluten! Manager stated then that their cauliflower crust is gluten-free and offered to remake the pizzas on that crust. Which also test positive for gluten with the Nima sensor.
Please note this is NOT a dedicated free gluten facility. The staff used to mark on your order to use a new cutter. That note was no longer on the receipt. You can still order through an app called slice for pick up or phone ahead.
