This place does NOT have a gluten free menu. About the only thing on the menu I could eat was a two egg breakfast with rice or a few of the fish dishes. Chili is not gluten free.

I haven’t personally been into a Zippy’s, but I live on island and can tell you that I wouldn’t eat here as someone with celiacs. No hate to the other poster, but spam musubi almost always has shoyu (soy sauce). Also, wouldn’t trust their chili as the ones they sell in store contain wheat. I more than anyone would love for there to be something at Zippy’s for me, but won’t risk it!
I’ve included a link to their allergy guide, hoping it’ll post! But it does show that both the musubi & chili contain wheat!

Had the Chilli and Rice with a side of Spam Musabi twice. Great value, have seen only locals eat here
The chili is GF. Had a chili omelette with cheese. Yummy, filling, no bad reaction after. Also had the chocolate pudding.
Almost nothing was gluten free. No gf buns for burgers etc. Only option for dinner was a salad.
