Pretty underwhelming, unfortunately. They do have gluten-free bread, but the food isn't great for a diner (and I love diners!), most of the specialty sandwiches aren't an option unless you want to have them hold a lot of the ingredients, and even the eggs are just so-so. Zip's is there as a cheap option if you're in the area and hungry, but if you can, keep driving towards something better. On the plus side, they haven't made me sick, and it's hard to beat the prices! As a heads-up: there are no special menu notations, so you'll need to ask what's safe.
