This place has good gluten free pizza. They make their own crust homemade and cook it separately to prevent cross contamination. Their coffee is also VERY good!! They did burn my crust on the outer edge but the rest of the pizza was still good. They used good mozzarella cheese and were generous with it. I also liked the sauce. All in all, a good place to go. I liked how they had a personal and medium sized option - most pizza places only have one size for like $15.
This place was along our way, and I was curious about the gluten-free crust. I got their version of a calzone, and the gluten-free crust was OK, nothing spectacular, but the toppings were generous. The server understood gluten-free fairly well. My gluten-eating partner said his pizza was good with generous toppings but not something worth going out of the way for. It was summertime, and the seating area was dingy and too warm. They had nice picnic tables outside, alongside a river, a much nicer choice for us. I can’t really comment about safety because I am not celiac.
Amazing ingredients and unique GF crust! A very different pizza crust than I’ve had before - it was softer and had more of a cake-like texture than I was expecting - but it tasted delicious and the toppings were generous and high-quality. They pre-make their own crusts, bake them on separate/gf individual trays, and use a separate cutter to cut down on cross-contamination. Great local option for GF pizza!
