I was so happy for my 13 yr old celiac daughter that I was LITERALLY crying while I was checking out (my apologies to the poor guy at the register) . They have several types of GF pastries-- muffins, breads (chocolate chip, banana nut, etc), macarons...in a mall...IN PUBLIC! This is the first time since diagnosis four months ago that we've been able to walk up somewhere and order something without planning, researching, questioning, agonizing. The GF items are wrapped in plastic and are prepared in a dedicated GF facility. It's in Willow Bend Mall just inside the Knife Burger entrance, just a stand-alone coffee bar, first floor. 🎉🎉🎉
Found some delicious gluten free goodies to go with the coffee, from Liteful Foods! They had brownies, sweet breads, & a cheesecake.
