Review of Zoes Kitchen

I’ve been three times; the first two times were a fine, but got glutened on the third. I had a good experience the first time ordering, but got someone unfriendly and uninterested in my requests on the second and a clueless person on the third visit (asked to speak to a manager on the 2nd and 3rd visits who was more responsive). I think this one is a crapshoot for anyone with severe issues.
