Review of Zoes Kitchen

My boss specifically chose this spot for a team lunch, as he's aware I have celiac and wants to ensure I can participate AND have a positive experience. Despite the fact that he informed the staff both when ordering appetizer items for sharing and then again when placing the order for my meal, there were pita wedges on most of the food (including my own entree, which he'd requested be gluten free). Got a mixed attitude from the staff when asking for assistance, and despite carefully avoiding any part of my plate the pita might have touched, I had a mild but definite gluten exposure response - not sure if it was the pita on my plate or general cross contamination. Food was delicious but unfortunately I won't be able to return.
