Review of Zoes Kitchen

I really wanted Zoe's be celiac friendly, but this particular one was anything but. They were flippant and careless, and when they gave me the order with pita bread on it and I informed them that I had ordered the gluten-free version they simply remove the pita bread and try to shuffle it back out to me. It was clear that the cooks knew nothing of celiac disease or gluten allergies and furthermore could have cared less.
