The chef prepares rice in lieu of injera for the gluten free alternative. The mild beef stew with rice and cabbage is absolutely delicious. The food is fresh and authentic-the best Ethiopian I have had since my experience in the Netherlands. The coffee is hand roasted and is the perfect ending to a meal. I can't get enough of it here! I have a wheat allergy but no celiac and I never get an upset stomach after eating here!
