Soups are clearly labeled as using GF ingredients and all ingredients can be found on their website, which is helpful if you have multiple sensitivities. I eat salad and soup here regularly, and have never gotten sick.
Yes
A few soups are made with “gluten free ingredients” and there are some salad options. Not the best place in town for gf food, but I’ve been able to successfully eat lunch here a few times and have not been sick.
They have a number of GF soups. I tried the white chicken chili, and it was pretty good. They also have GF focaccia for sandwiches, but they use a shared toaster for toasting, so it is not celiac safe.

Ordered the hearty been soup. Spicy like a chili and filling. It was a good change from all the heavy food I had been eating while in Denver.

They had 3 gluten free soup options the first time and two the second time. They weren’t separated, but I did safely eat there and the soup was fairly good both times.

My partner with celiac disease was able to eat here without being sick. Staff was not knowledgeable about gluten, but soups are labeled gluten-free and each soup has its own ladle.
