I recently saw a review for Zu Hot Pot having gluten free options and decided to surprise my husband who has been wanting to try hot pot. We went late afternoon at a slow time to be safe but our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. She walked us through the entire menu to let us know what was safe. All broths are gluten free, they have clear noodles (mung bean), and a huge selection of meat and vegetables. You can do 2 broths in a divided bowl so we had Chinese Herb and Thai Curry broth, pork belly, beef, mixed vegetables, corn, potato and mushroom. There is a sauce bar to make your own sauce and I opted out over risk of cross contamination. We will definitely be back!
