Absolutely amazing. Made me a panini custom ordered. They use brown rice tortillas for gf ones and omg I died of happiness. Lady was extremely knowledgable about gluten free and dairy allergies :) 5/5

Zucca does it right. Tons of celiac choices. They take gluten free seriously and have a dedicated panini press to make gluten free sandwiches with rice wraps. Amazing GF soups as well.
