A local institution, Zuke's offers tasty, hearty gluten free wraps and subs. Sandwiches are made fresh to order and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and cautious with their preparation -- sandwiches are made separately from those that are not gf, gloves are changed, etc. This hardworking team knows their stuff!
