Hier gibt es die e besten glutenfreien Käsespätzle! Der glutenfreie Kaiserschmarrn mit Vanilleeis und Apfelmus ist auch sehr lecker. Ebenso der Beilagensalat. Dieses Mal hatte ich als Vorspeise zweierlei vom Saibling - Tatar und perfekt gebraten, was über rein gutbürgerliche Küche deutlich hinaus geht. Und über Kontamination muss man sich hier gar keine Sorgen machen.

Wij hebben hier met 3 volwassenen en 3 kinderen gegeten, waarvan 1 kind gv moest eten. Er was een uitgebreide gv kinderkaart en een uitgebreide gewone gv diner/lunch kaart. Ook bij het dessert waren er gv opties. Onze 7 jarige dochter heeft heerlijk gegeten en was super blij dat ze kon kiezen wat ze wilde eten. Ook de anderen in ons gezelschap hebben heerlijk gegeten. Een echte aanrader dus. Wel even reserveren van te voren.

I read about this on FMGF while planning our journey to Allgäu. I had to come because they offer real (from veal) Wienerschnitzel Gluten-free and Spätzle (homemade egg noodles) with French fried onions (gluten free of course). I had a Lammsbräu GF beer with my Schnitzel. For desert a GF Kaiserschmarren. (Pancake cuts sprinkled with powdered sugar and raisins ) served with Applesauce and ice cream. Was so delighted to have such awesome typical Southern German GF food that we came back the next evening and tried the GF Cordon Bleu with potato/ cucumber salad( also from veal). The GF dishes also come marked with a flag. A must for gluten free!!!!!!
