The server was knowledgeable about options and explained everything on the menu that could be gluten free, and also said that they could make any sushi roll gluten free except for the tempura ones. I had the black cod which was gluten free without the sauce that comes on the side. It was delicious and I did not get sick, though my dish did come out with the non gluten free sauce on the side which they then removed…so I would exercise some caution.

Ordered the cucumber avocado roll as I do not like fish along with a skirt steak which was apparently gluten free. Made sure to talk to them about allergy precautions and the waiter seemed to know what he was talking about and brought tamari instead of soy sauce for dipping.
Maybe 15 minutes after we left the restaurant I began having terribly painful stomach cramps coming in waves until I had to run to the bathroom.
Now I also had a single sushi with raw salmon because my boyfriend made me try it, however everything on the plate had been prepared gluten free so if not cross contamination it may have been food poisoning since I haven’t tried raw fish in years.
Nevertheless I would be extremely cautious eating at this establishment
