Review of Zushi Japanese Bistro

First, let me say I love Zushi! Great place and staff but not celiac friendly at all. The majority of their fresh fish, they bathe in a gluten rice vinegar so totally off limits. Same with their sushi rice. Most of their items have soy sauce too. My celiac son was able to eat edamame, fresh tuna and steamed rice. But there were literally NO other options. Excellent quality and the waitress was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything containing gluten. Sad they're not gf friendly.
