Review of Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails

Great gluten free restaurant for celiac and gluten intolerant alike. The owner is severely allergic to wheat and is on site almost every time I have eaten there, the staff is very educated and savy about cross-contamination, and the food is 5 stars all the way. The kitchen is very segregated with gluten free foods, including having a dedicated fryer and a sperate area for grilling. I am a fairly sensitive celiac and this is one of only 4 places I trust in Bend.
