Zyka Elevated Indian Restaurant

Indian dining with excellent food. Many gluten free options and the staff was very knowledgeable understanding gluten free vs. Celiac. No dedicated fryer so some traditional GF items were not available. Many true gluten free options available! I did give 5 stars on safety as we ate there 3 times with 2 celiacs all different dishes and no illness and we are super sensitive.
