Had the ribs and shredded chicken. The food was very good. I am gluten intolerant and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Owner/Manager(?) has a family member with celiac disease, very kind with all my initial questions. We were told the only items that are gluten are buns and corn bread, which are not in contact with the rest of the menu. My son is a very sensitive case, has never felt sick after several times eating here. Delicious brisket, pulled pork, fries!

Absolutely amazing food! The meat has super good flavor and sides are all so yummy, you order at the counter and get your food super quick, and they seemed to be super knowledgeable about GF.
We eat here about every other week. The Nashville hot chicken is awesome. Love the brisket and ribs. I am a very sensitive celiac and never have had an issue. Good to go 100%.
Amazing! Our daughter has symptomatic celiac and everything here is gluten free except some of the buns. They have gluten free buns available. My daughter was thrilled! She had chicken tenders, fries and lots of yummy sauce! My other daughter had Mac and cheese (gf!) and chicken. Will be back and so appreciated how the manager spoke to my daughter about everything she could eat, she was beaming! 🥹❤
Yum! Get the Nashville hot chicken Mac n cheese! Bbq is good but ask for extra sauce.
Most everything here is gluten free. Fries cooked in separate fryer. Great food, great choice for celiacs.
Oh my goodness!! So good! I had a brisket sandwich on a gluten free bun. I can’t stop thinking about the fries from a dedicated gluten free fryer! The best! They are very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contact. Everything in the restaurant is gluten free except one biroche.
Hidden gem! Located in a small strip mall. It looked a little deceiving from the outside, but well worth the trip. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and mac & cheese. So good!

Moist, juicy ribs, fork tender brisket and smokey chicken. AMAZING food. Safe for Celiacs and CC sensitive people. Everything on the menu and all sauces are GF. Only gluten in the place is buns which only touch a penne press. Frier and grill top are dedicated GF!! Spoke to owner, was very friendly and understanding of GF needs. Ate here with NO problems. Thank you thank you ZZQ for being in existence!
I ordered the pulled pork, fries and mac n cheese. I also used the fry sauce and sweet bbq. It was quick, delicious and safe! If I’m ever back in town I’ll be sure to stop in again.
Delicious food that hit the spot. Mostly gluten-free kitchen with dedicated fryers. Great pulled pork and chicken tenders!
All the meats, all sides (yes, mac and cheese!) and all sauces are GF! Noted my GF request on our ticket. The have gluten free buns that come in a sealed bag. Dedicated fryer for fries! I loved everything, we’ll be back.
The only downside was that there’s no info on their website or in the restaurant itself about the food being gluten free! Basically heard about this place through a GF Facebook group. It is really hard to try new places as a celiac and to be the person asking 100 questions at a busy place - a note or items marked on the menu somewhere would bring a lot of confidence to the situation!
We just ate here. Great BBQ and safe for our Celiac kiddo too. All GF kitchen except for gluten buns - indicate allergy need for prep. My 6 year old enjoyed it, even the macaroni and cheese (she is partial to GF Kraft 🤓) The owner was telling us they also have GF chicken tenders if she ever wanted them and didn't want BBQ. We will be back!

Got told everything here is GF minus the gluten containing buns. Had a pulled pork sandwich with a gluten free bun and fries. Absolutely delicious. Non GF husband loved the brisket and ribs. Will definitely be back!
IT IS AMAZING AND SAFE! Sue was so wonderful and even thanked me for letting her know I have Celiacs. She told me everything was safe and they even had a GF bun! (I did not get it). Once we were out and eating Sue came over and sat with us to make sure the food was good and that I was ok! She was amazing! One of the Gentlemen working there also asked me (as I was picking a sauce) if I had a dairy issue too, I informed him no I don’t, and he said perfect you can have anything! I felt very safe and well cared there! I will definitely be back!
They were very knowledge about gluten-free and the food was delicious. The gluten free bun is in it's own package. I could eat the fries as they are in a dedicated fryer!

ZZQ is delicious! I ordered pick-up and the wait was really quick then I asked for a dipping sauce and he recommended the garlic sauce and it was delightful. Really great pulled pork & chicken sandwiches! Very knowledgeable about celiac and I felt extremely safe eating it.
Delicious BBQ pork sandwich! Also had fries and coleslaw. They were very helpful with dairy free as well. They keep the gluten free bun in the plastic bag it comes in so there’s no chance of cross-contamination! Highly recommend!!
Absolutely delicious and celiac safe BBQ! All I had to do was say I have celiac and they immediately knew what to do. They informed me they are well educated about cross contamination, and that everything is GF there besides the buns, which are kept separate. So delicious and amazing to feel so thoroughly cared for!
This place is amazing! The food is excellent and just about everything is gluten free. The owner is very knowledgeable about Celiac and super friendly!
Very good quality BBQ, and no issues for me after eating it. Pulled pork and brisket were both done very well, sauces were good too!
The owner Zak is fantastic, everything is gf except the buns which are kept pretty separate from everything else. A family member of his is celiac and educated him on gluten and they sort of stumbled into being almost entirely gf. Their house made sauces, rubs, all their sides are all gf! Super delicious and awesome staff. Haven’t had a beer there so haven’t checked to see if they have gf beer but might suggest it next time we go
Went there for the first time today with some friends. The sweet woman who took our order was so kind and knowledgeable when I told her I have CD.
Everything there is GF minus the buns, but they do have GF buns available! She was even so concerned about me that, with my friends' consent, made all of our meals Celiac friendly.

The best pulled pork I’ve ever ordered! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
I called in a pickup order which was taken by the owner, Zak. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Celiac as he has family members with CD. Zak told me how important it is to his restaurant to know if a customer has CD as the staff takes extra precautions to provide safe food. So, the food is outstanding! Smoky, flavorful and buttery tender meats. ALL the sides are gluten free and fried foods come from a dedicated fryer. Everything (including sauces) was tasty! We live about 45 miles away but will come back often!
Awesome BBQ! I have celiac and felt so safe eating here! I had the brisket and pulled pork with a side of fries and Mac & cheese! It was all GF and the staff was very knowledgeable! I’ll be coming back!
Great food - everything is gluten free except regular buns. They have GF buns warmed in a bag that comes with your GF order (if you want a bun). Sauces, sides (fries are really good!), mac & cheese, potato salad are all GF. Highly recommend!!
Everything is gluten free except the buns and they offer gf buns. All the sauce, the fries, the meat, the mac and cheese. 11/10 would recommend. 5 stars. Staff was amazing about gluten free options, all staff very well educated, friendly. Very clean place.

Very good option for those with celiac. Between the two of us we tried all of the meats - chicken, pork, brisket and ribs. All delicious! The sides were good too. We had fries, cole slaw and mac n cheese (yep, it’s GF!). Will go again.
An excellent option for the Celiac. Their entire menu including sauces are gluten free. They provide a locally sourced bread for sandwiches and even have a gluten free Mac and cheese (did not try it). The owner is knowledgeable about celiacs and the importance of avoiding cross contamination.

This place is almost completely gluten free and is very safe, but...I really did not enjoy the food. We tried a good bit of what they offered, and it was hard for me to eat even half the amount I'd eat in a normal meal because the taste was unpleasant and the texture wasn't great either. The mac and cheese was pretty good, but I only had a bite of my fiance's since I'm lactose intolerant and can't handle much more than that.
We love everything we had tried from ZZQ! Basically everything is GF. We have gone there to eat a few times (pre-covid) and have done take out many times. Their sauces are made in house and delicious, the garlic and the mustard are our favorites. The staff is always friendly .
Amazing! Stopped here after an early morning zoo visit and it did not disappoint! We tried ribs, brisket, chicken, Mac and cheese and beans. We inhaled it all, it was so delicious! And everything gluten free (including sauces and Mac and cheese!) Will be stopping here again when we're in the neighborhood!
Delicious! Loved that everything except sandwich buns are gluten free. We ordered online and they kept the sandwich separate from the other food. The ribs, brisket, and pulled pork were delicious. Gf Mac and cheese- fries and potato salad were also good. Beans were not our favorite- but we are definitely coming back and telling our friends about this place.

Love this place!! The food is amazing g! Almost everything is gluten free and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. The Mac and cheese is so good and the brisket was wonderful!
Fantastic food, everything is gluten free (except the buns, but they ALSO have gf buns available). Some of the best pulled pork and mac ive ever had, and their sauces are incredible. We’ll be back for sure!
