Edit March 2024 - have gotten sick here twice since my previous review. I ordered a cheeseburger on lettuce wrap and fries.

I ordered inside and watched orders being put together. All sauces are applied with the same spoon and no gloves were changed even when I specified Celiac (said gluten allergy because they acted like they didn’t know Celiac). Felt really unsure eating my meal.

Look I'm just giving this 5 stars to make up for someone giving 1 star for no buns.

You picky brat. It's almost midnight and I need somewhere to eat. I just want to know if people get sick here.

Some people like to go out, drink, and get hungry. Is this a drunk review? Yes. Will I regret it tomorrow? No!

Ordered a burger lettuce wrapped and did not get sick. Was really yummy too! Fries are gluten free/in a dedicated frier also.

Great to have the “lettuce wrap” option! The veggie burger is NOT GF, but the regular chicken patty and hamburger patty is GF.

This is my go-to! Pretty much the only fast food I can eat. The fries are GF & they offer a lettuce wrap option that makes the burger & chicken GF too. I go here at least once a week, never have issues.

Great lettuce wrap burger. They always double or triple check your order to make sure it's right. My go-to for a cheap easy gf fast food meal.

PT, your Austin legend is doing the RIGHT THING.

All-natural black angus beef Hormone FREE Antibiotic FREE Vegetarian FED

Only $2.30 for a burger or $6.60 for combo of drink and fries. I really enjoyed my iced tea and French Fries (GLUTEN FREE) that reminded me of the steak fries cut thin like my Ma used to fry us as kids. French Fries are my favorite in town and taste homemade and they serve ketchup all natural NO high fructose corn syrup. Way to go PT!

We love P.Terry's. Burgers must be wrapped in lettuce. Their fries are the best! I keep asking them to carry GF buns. I hope they will someday.

I eat at this location all the time and I'm Celiac. They will make your burger a lettuce wrap and the fries are also gluten free.

The food is alright, but nothing to write home about. The burger is technically gluten free, if you order it without the bun. The fries are also gluten free, but they aren't that exciting, either. It's not bad if you need to grab some fast food late at night, but in Austin you have better options most of the time.

Food is ok, but even if they make a bunless burger, they set it right down on the same spot they just set a bun. Loads of cross contamination-bummer.

I heard the milkshakes aren't gluten free. No GF buns.

The fryer is used only for fries, which have no batter, so they're safe for celiacs. Burgers and buns are not cooked on the same part of the grill. The celiac twins have never had a reaction to their bunless burgers. Quality ingredients.

My favorite fast food place to go to in Austin! Gluten-free-ers don't always have a lot of fast food options but this is definitely the best. They will wrap your 100% beef burger in lettuce instead of using the bun and the French fries are homemade and delicious. Also, they have wonderful lemonade and milkshake options!!

So lame! I asked what was available for gluten-free and told a milkshake! I only give it a 1 star because it wouldn't take none but there is nothing to rate!!!
