Got a pepperoni pizza, their GF crust is $4 so my pizza ended up being $17. It was alright... I prefer Mimi’s pizza, and while mimis is more expensive, it’s also larger and better.

We have eaten at this location so many times and have never gotten sick. Extremely knowledgeable staff and AMAZING GF pizza. Try the triple roni or the premium meats!

For gourmet pizza/Italian restaurant, I have enjoyed their gluten free pizza. From what. Was told they have a dedicated prep and oven space for those who cannot have gluten. I have eaten 3- times with no reaction. They have a fantastic Texas Bibb salad that in theory should be GF, but I have not confirmed.

The very best GF pizza!! Crust is good and sauce really makes it special. It’s zesty. Salads are also amazing. Loved this place before I was GF and still do!

The goat cheese stuffed peppers were amazing! The happy hour Moscow mules were potent. The shady patio makes for lovely outdoor seating under ginko trees. The gluten free pizza crust beats Udi's by a mile. I added balsamic chicken to the Medi pie. It was extremely tasty! Fort Worth Crockett location

Excellent pizza and almost everything can be made Gf if it isn’t already. Even the meatball appetizers were GF. Server was very knowledgeable.

The pizza crust wasn't your normal cardboard Udi's and said it was made with smart flour. I thought it was delicious and didn't have a reaction either! Bonus for sure. Drinks are pricy and the crust is an extra $4. Pizza was worth the price for me, though.

This place is now called Thirteen Pies. They do have a lot of flour around and I don't think this place is really safe for celiac disease, however they will cook the pizza on a pan as an extra precaution. You want to ask them to be as careful as possible, but I've had a pizza come out with flour specks on the bottom of it. So it's fine if you just want GF for preference, but not for celiac. That said, the pizza is yummy!!

Knowledgable wait staff and pretty much an entire menu that can be gluten free! It's delicious. Been twice and never gotten sick.

Holy crap. This was by far the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. I was in heaven for every bite and still can't believe how good it was. Seriously, ask my husband. I keep talking about it. :) I ordered the triple roni and it was delicious! I had called ahead to ensure that they're preparation standards were up to par. The manager assured me that they change their gloves and prepare and cook the pizza on its own surface. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. But the main test: I haven't gotten sick at all! :) The only somewhat significant downside: my pizza cost $18!!! I'm still not quite over that, but it satisfied an epic pregnancy craving for pizza so I have no regrets. Go Fireside!

Love their pizza, but the pizza oven they use for the gf crust is the same oven/surface that they cook the regular crust on. So I don't know if any celiac a have issues. I always seem to have issues between all my combined food allergies so I never know what it is.

Used to love this place but noticed that I was feeling sick a lot afterward. I spoke to the chef and he told me flat out that the pizza wasn't safe because of all the flour in the air all the time that contaminates everything. I appreciate the honesty but am disappointed to not be able to eat here anymore.

The crust was good and the pizzas are very unique and delicious. I couldn't find any gluten free appetizers though and your pizza will share and over with regular pizza.

Best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Great salads too. Place gets busy fast... Sometimes we just get it to go, the restaurant tends to get loud. If the weather is nice, it's good to eat outside.
