Gluten-Free at Smoothie King

The majority of the time smoothie king is gluten free but the staff I got on that day made me cancel my order for safety. There is probably 90% chance I would be fine and I really wanted a smoothie. I just mentioned as I always do “ just confirming it’s gluten free due to an allergy “ she said “we have no way of knowing what’s in the protein”…..well why don’t you go look đź‘€.. I just canceled my order but they did have gluten free snacks.
Love that they are almost 100% gluten free, the gladiator is my go to for 40+ g of protein. I always ask for an allergy blender just in case. No reactions. :)
Celiac here. This is my go-to place when I come to MCI for work. Next to Gate A10 (near Alaska Airlines gate). Double check the oats but nearly everything is gluten free. I’ve had their smoothies more than 5x and haven’t been sick. Great place, they are busy at times, but worth the wait! They have smoothies that have anywhere between 300-1500 calories so it depends on your appetite. It’s a great meal replacement type of place and it’s clean!

I come all the time, the smoothies are always delicious, and almost everything if gluten free
This is a chain, they pretty much only make smoothies and smoothie bowls, but it is all GF! The granola they use is Purely Elizabeth. I got a smoothie bowl which was really good, just a little bit sweet for me. I could have done without the honey drizzle on top, will leave that off next time. They have some prepackaged snacks that do have wheat like the pretzels. Overall was pleased with the options of smoothies and that I don’t have to worry about cross contamination!
always a nice, safe, and quick option! They use Sun Warrior vegan protein powder which is GF, and they don’t have any other gluten-containing ingredients.

Smoothie king I have had it At least 10 times and haven’t gotten sick They have been really helpful and super nice!
Entire menu is gluten free - such a freeing experience to order without having to go through my usual list of instructions! Even the granola is Purely Elizabeth brand for the smoothie bowls.

I was surprised to learn that Smoothie King is 100% gluten-free, with zero cross contamination. Their protein powders&whey powder are gluten free, and they have an abundance of fresh ingredients. Delicious options with piece of mind. The lady working there (my first time at a smoothie king) was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and answering my questions and concerns.
Just an fyi…their protein blend has oats in it.

All smoothie ingredients are GF. I never get the bowls so not sure if the toppings are all free of CC or not. But overall safe establishment.
Everything is gluten free! I couldn’t believe it since nothing is marked in the menu. I had to ask the staff and they verified it was all gluten free. They also have many vegan options.
My son has a tree nut allergy. They were very careful with making his smoothie in a separate bowl. Will definitely go back as I loved the berry smoothie.

Smoothies are all gluten free and so are most of their snacks! I come here VERY often and have visited many of the chain locations. 0 issues! *sensitive celiac*

Google research and the homepage website appears all is gf. I felt safe and ordered Angel Smoothie then a Greek yogurt one and I felt good thank God. Nice to go somewhere fun and safe. I recommend and I have celiac and get sick with cross contamination. They have gf granola! They have df options!! So go enjoy!!

All of Smoothie Kings smoothies are gluten-free.
This location does serve other items that may not be gluten-free, so I'd suggest asking them to change their gloves.
They have a variety of packaged snacks, but I didn't check for GF items.

The manager said every ingredient is gluten free, but it’s not listed as dedicated. I go for the gut health and sunwarrior protein enhancers and haven’t had an negative reactions

I decided to try this as I was hungry waiting for my flight. According to Smoothie King's website, everything is gluten free. The guy at the counter said it was gluten free, and I did not get sick.

I spoke with a person on the phone, all of their smoothies are Gluten Free.
Smoothie king told me today that they are no longer gluten free. I was informed that the protein powder they use now has gluten. Sadly, this place is no longer safe for celiacs... What a shame

I am pleasantly surprised that everything at Smoothie King is gluten free. I asked the server just in case and she said yes. I got my usual order before I knew I was celiac, the chocolate gladiator with strawberries and it was great. I am happy to know that I can still get smoothies here freely! I know the smoothies are gluten free but with the snacks you will have to check ingredients or ask the workers.

I have ordered from this smoothie place online many times. They only got my order wrong once, and I have never been glutened.

I go to a lot of Smoothie Kings all over the city, this is the only one that makes me sick. Can’t explain why.
Everything in the store including all retail items are gluten-free! Several dairy free and vegan options as well.
I got the kids choco-nana (somethin like that) but replaced the whey blend with peanut butter and it tastes great! Most of their stuff doesn’t have gluten too, and they have tons of smoothie options!!
gluten-free items. they seem to be much more interested in serving clean food than previous. wide selection of smoothies. ❤
