Serious safety concerns. Ordered a regular wrap and gf wrap. Restaurant served the gf wrap with a salad loaded with gluten croutons
Restaurant refused to remake order

I eat at Pats in Dover regularly and Pats in Smyrna occasionally. They have salads, wraps, rice bowls, and pizza that is gluten free.
The wraps are excellent and all but one on the menu can be made safe in a gluten free wrap. Most dressings and sauces are gluten free. The salmon rice bowl is fantastic and my go-to item. I've tried the cauliflower crust pizza twice and although it was very good, it was cross contaminated. My husband asked if it was made in the same prep area as the other pizzas and cooked in the same oven and they said it was, so I avoid the pizza now since I am very sensitive to gluten contamination.
Overall, they have some great options (no appetizers or desserts though), and I eat there regularly with no problems, as long as I avoid the pizza.

gluten free tortilla for wraps was pretty good but I can’t ensure it is celiac friendly.

Had many options, although were sold out of a lot of things. Pizza was really good, it’s a cauliflower crust.

Had many different gluten free options. Waiter had celiac herself so was cautious about cross-contamination. I got the grilled chicken caesar wrap, very good highly suggested!

We ordered the gluten free pizza, and it was excellent! It was a cauliflower crust, thin but not like a cracker and had a good flavor. They even offer specific gluten free salad dressings. They have an extensive menu which has gluten free options marked, so there may be more items that I didn't see.

Salad or chicken and broccoli. That is the only choice and half their salads are packed in gluten packaging.
Gluten free pizza was horrible. Tasted like cardboard.
GF pizza was Nima tested - "gluten found".
