This is the safest place i’ve been to so far, they had a seperate gf menu, a seperate space to prepare the food, they marked the food and they had an enormous selection of food. The server even washed her hands before bringing out my food! I recommend this to everyone.

Pleasant burger let down by terrible gf bun - couldn’t cut through it with a knife, think I worked off half the calories of the burger with the amount of effort that went into chewing! I didn’t recognise the brand, otherwise I’d be warning against it. Clearly marked gluten free menu, although wait staff wouldn’t take an order for a gf shake even though it was labelled gf on the menu. Clearly understand cross-contamination as chips never offered. Surprisingly slow service for a location with such high footfall.

Good GF menu including a child’s GF menu too. They are coeliac certified too. If you mention you have coeliac disease they manage your food strictly like an allergy. Separate prep area and they wash their hands before serving your plates. Staff are very knowledgeable.

Not great, we couldn’t even stay. When we mentioned being celiac to the waitress she asked if we need a tablet? The cutlery on the table is directly next to malt vinegar (which has gluten) so we asked for clean cutlery. She handed us the cutely from the table beside us that was also beside the malt vinegar. We tried to explain why that was bad but to no avail. That was the last straw, we didn’t feel safe and had to leave.

We've had the best coeliac friendly service from the lovely Danni and team. The food was amazing, we had pizzas and a burger and everything was carefully cleaned before preparing the food for us. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. Oh and the gluten free brownie was melt in the mouth yummy, highly recommend. It's also appears to be accredited by coeliac uk logos on the menus

I ordered a pasta dish which was probably the best GF pasta I have had. But, I had to rely on accepting their word it was GF as it was served in the same/similar crockery as regular orders and didn't have anything like a little GF flag. All was OK, but a but more reassurance would be good.

We stopped in here as it had gluten free options. In fact they have a whole gf menu AND deserts. The service was incredible and we were asked lots of questions about various allergies - my grandson is super allergic to dairy, eggs and soy- and they kept us informed the whole way through. Informed of Coeliac as I entered and was confirmed that all pasta is cooked separate. Gf pizza bases and gf buns are stored in separate areas. Pasta was delicious and care was taken to provide peace of mind

Really good service, they checked who had the dietary requirement and I mentioned that I am coeliac and they said that that's all good but I won't be able to have the fries as there is cross contamination in the oil. I loved that they were well informed and knew how important cross contamination is. They double checked to see if there were any other allergies or intolerances.

They had a dedicated gf menu with lots of options, starter, sides, desserts etc. Really friendly and accommodating

I was super disappointed here , I told them about my wheat allergy and how serious it is. I opted on what I thought was a safe beat a salad with grilled chicken. I ended up going into anaphylactic shock.

Frankie and Benny's have their own gluten free menu with many options. I enjoyed the pasta dish I had. Also to add the menu is certified by Coeliac UK.
