I Ordered the Summer Salad w Grilled Chicken and honey lime dressing. I was telling them about the FindMeGf app and how it had positive reviews. He was so sweet he even thanked me and gave me some goodies to leave with. I really appreciated him!

Food tastes good. However the last few times several of us have gotten sick. The cross contamination risk is too high for us.

They have a gluten friendly menu. I am not celiac but have gluten allergy/sensitivity. I have never had any issues and LOVE the G.F. BAJA CAULI BOWL Mojo pulled chicken or pork over cilantro lime cauliflower rice and black beans, drizzled with spicy ranch. Served with fresh pico de gallo and fried sweet plantains. I always get the chicken and no beans, no ranch, and no pico due to other dietary restrictions. It is delicious!!

They have a whole separate gf menu. For a while they were sourcing homemade buckwheat rolls which were awesome but they’ve recently switched back to Udi’s. We eat here monthly and have never had an issue. Hotdogs are great, burgers are great, chicken sandos are great, just avoid the shared fryer and you’ll be good! Don’t forget the 11 cent coleslaw.

There is no dedicated fryer so the wings, French fries, sweet potato fries, etc are not actually gluten free. I don’t know why they bother denoting them as gf. Fortunately, my child can deal with some cross contamination and I pulled the skin off the wings to reduce some of the contamination.

Celiac daughter was able to have a hotdog and rice. She was happy. Fryer is not dedicated so no French Fries for us.

Good food. Lots of gluten free options. Had a hotdogs, fries and loaded kettle chips. Waitress was knowledgeable and when uncertain verified with the cook.

They have almost nothing that isn't cross contaminated! They stressed to me upon handing me a menu that they are GLUTEN FRIENDLY ANOT GLUTEN FREE and they share the same fryers and all so beware!

The tacos and bowls are great, but all of their “gf” buns made me really sick. I even went back and tried it again giving them the benefit of the doubt and got sick again. Tacos are great though

Love this spot! You can sit inside or outside, which is so great when there are rocket launches. Very kid-friendly atmosphere. There’s something for everyone. They recently swapped out Udi’s buns for their own homemade buckwheat rolls that are quite good! I’ve never gotten sick and come all the time. I’ve tried the poke bowls, hot dogs, burgers, fries, cole slaw, pineapple hard cider, fresh fish with beans and rice and plantains, it’s all excellent. If you can’t do shared fryer you will have to avoid the fried stuff but that doesn’t bother me. The staff is very nice and will point you in the right direction.

I had the GF tico pico pollo bowl and it was good! The fryer is shared and not dedicated. Ask for the plantains to be grilled instead if ordering plantains with your meal.

Their tuna poke bowl is amazing! You just have to get it without the veggies on the side. I add mango salsa and it's delicious.

The menu is not updated NOTHING ON THE GF MENU IS ACTUALLY GF! This is not for people who have an actual allergy. They used the same Fryer and there is no consideration when it comes to us with allergies. My brother got the Kahuna Burger and the menu said sautéed unions but when it came out it was fried onions. The waitress took it back and said it would be a min or two before the new one came out so we asked if they were going to just remove the onions and return it to us or make a new one and she said just take them off. Of course we said that’s not ok. So we had them remake it. By the end they took it off. But we asked to speak to the manager to raise our concerns and to our surprise he agreed. He said he has been trying to talk to them about changing or getting rid of the menu completely because he went to culinary school and knows what Gluten friendly is and he knows they are not it. I told him we wouldn’t be coming back and He apologized. I did tell him that we appreciate him trying to fight for the change but it’s not going to be easy because it’s just easier to do it this way and get away with it. It’s lack of training and education I am giving it a one star because our waitress actually tried she did the best she could with the way she has been taught. I hope we educated someone

The menu they offer for people looking to eat gluten free is considered “Gluten Friendly”, which we were informed by our waitress meant their fried items were cooked in a shared fryer with items containing gluten. This means that those with celiac should stay away from fries, wings, kettle-cooked chips, etc. Fortunately, the waitress was knowledgeable and we were able to order hot dogs with gluten free buns, coleslaw, and pickles. The food was delicious and there are many options available to those who are willing to eat items that aren’t fried! They’ve got salads, sandwiches, burgers, shrimp cocktails, and hot dogs!

They have a gluten “friendly” menu with a large selection. They don’t have a dedicated fryer so the fries and chips and plaintains are off limits for me as a celiac so that does limit the sides even though they are listed on the gf menu. I love their ahi tuna poke bowl and they have gluten free hamburger and hot dog buns. I’ve eaten bowls, burgers, hot dogs, salads and sandwiches there and it’s one of my favorite places to go. But don’t use the straw! I had a waitress one time tell me that their biodegradable straws have gluten in them. They use the same company for their to go silverware so I would avoid that as well if you get your food to go.

We had a wonderful meal, our waitress was extremely knowledgeable (no dedicated fryer, gluten in the biodegradable straw) and asked about ingredients that were questionable. I had the Key Lime Salad with Shrimp and it was fresh and light. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! The owner even brought us a gluten free straw for to go cups. Overall a great experience!

I mentioned I was eating GF and they automatically went to get a GF menu without me asking. I asked about seasoning in blackened fish and they volunteered to check with the kitchen. It was Gf. They did not know about sauce for the rice, so they put it on the side without me asking. Very thoughtful. I would definitely eat there again.

They take no precautions on their salads and burgers according to the server. Gluten friendly is not gluten free. There is no such thing as gluten friendly. That is their menu. Not free. They have gf buns. I got a salad. I asked if they make sure the area is clean of gluten or wash their hands, and she said they wash their hands all the time and it is clean, as if I was worried about germs. I was trying to ask her to ask them to take precautions but she just said gluten is all over back there. They don’t have a separate fryer. The avocado looked like it had been sliced with a used knife with residue . I was bubbling inside before I left so I know there were gluten particles in my food. Darn it was really good.

Wonderful mahi sandwich on gluten-free bread and did not get sick! They had some gluten-free cider as well. No separate fryer.

Most of the menu can be made GF. Just let the server know. Very friendly and food was awesome. Had a mahi Rueben burger which was great. Going back for more!
“We are gluten-friendly, not gluten-free.” Most, if not all, options on gluten “friendly” menu cannot be prepared safely without cross-contamination. Unfortunately not an acceptable spot for anyone who truly needs GF food.
No
Casual laid back spot with an extensive GF menu, including apps, entrees, burgers, hot dogs and sides. The menu is gluten friendly, and they do warn of cross contamination risk, but they offer GF buns and the server was very knowledgeable. Will be a regular favorite on my list now that I know it’s there!
Great atmosphere, gf buns, and gf beer. Very knowledgeable and accommodating!
Out of all the places we ate at on my short vacation to Cocoa Beach this week this was the only restaurant that I didn’t get sick from cross-contamination! They have a GF menu but for those with a severe gluten allergy (like myself who brings her own utensils) or celiac dont do anything fried. I order the three tacos, with key lime peppered chicken (it was ok I’m sure the blackened or jerk would be amazing) and devoured it! They are currently training new cooks this week - found that out when 2 orders at my table got messed up. But overall my family really enjoyed themselves!
No dedicated fryers, and there are sauces and items on their “gluten friendly” menu that have gluten in them.

Not gluten knowledgeable, won't attempt to prevent cross contamination. Took a lot just to get a plain burger patty. It did taste good and had a fun vibe.

Don't confuse the "GF" or "Gluten-friendly" menu with celiac friendly gluten free.
No
No gluten free menu anymore. But my waitress could recall what was on there. Ordered the shrimp tacos on corn shells and came out on flour. Came back too quick for them to remake them, so I'm sure they just restuffed them into the corn shells.
No longer offering gluten free as of January 2016.đ
Not for Celiacs as they have a disclaimer about cross contamination. Good food.
No
This restaurant is not celiac friendly menu state that it is gluten friendly. My son was serve gluten fries after multiple requests and my gluten-free place came out with a bread roll on it. The kitchen try to just take it off the plate and bring it back out luckily we had a waitress with a celiac sister. She inform the kitchen that was not an acceptable practice for a celiac. The kitchen then told her to let us know that they are only gluten friendly and not gluten free and they do not aim to serve celiacs.

Great meal, great atmosphere and knowledgable staff. That you for the recommendation!
It was pretty good, but extremely loud inside. Could be because of football?I enjoyed the fried plantains and mango salsa. I would go back, but order it to go. Beer and cider available.
