They now have gluten free buns! Delicious lobster rolls.

No GF menu but I had a loaded shrimp salad and all the dressings are Gf and packaged separately.

Standing in line, we noticed the wheat buns getting buttered on a roller, placed on a hot grill, moved around with the same tongs. So we asked if the GF rolls are buttered on the same roller, warmed on the same griddle. Person at the register said they’ve never had this question before, surprisingly. They said the GF roll will be moved around with the same tongs as the other rolls. That butter from the griddle or elsewhere that came in contact one way or another with wheat may get onto the gluten-free bun. That was enough for us to not be excited today about a lobster roll. Tight quarters.

Don’t walk, run to Mason’s as soon as you arrive on the island! Fantastic lobster roll! GF roll was fresh, warm, buttery, and melt in your mouth delicious. Just about everything they offer is naturally GF except the lobster mac&cheese. I am shocked people aren’t driving from miles around to eat here, the food is that good. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient (I wanted everything on the menu). My son had the lobster mac & cheese (not GF) and inhaled it, so I think it’s safe to say that was really good too. You definitely will not be disappointed!

SO exciting to finally be able to eat a lobster roll! They had beautifully buttered toasted gluten-free rolls! I'd read that they didn't have gluten-free rolls so when we arrived, I almost didn't even ask - it's not on their menu or their website. Definitely ask! (I didn't ask about cross contamination.) It was absolutely delicious - so much so, in fact, that it's the only restaurant on Amelia Island that we visited twice during our five-day stay. Worth every cent.

We ordered through Ubereats and got the food really fast. The tots were delicious. The bread was good. The lobster roll itself was meh. I got the Connecticut one with butter. It wasn’t warm at all. Not sure if it was supposed to be. I haven’t had a roll in 6+ years.
My child got a gluten grilled cheese which was on the fluffiest bread I’ve seen in ages and was also yummy, not that I’d know.

I was at a convention nearby and wanted to see if I could get good seafood. This place popped up on a search. I decided to try it even though there was no gluten free rating. While they have no gluten free lobster roll options, over a couple of days I had all three of their soups, which are gluten free (Lobster bisque, clam chowder, and crab soup). They also have lobster salad and shrimp salad, which are gluten free. I asked on my initial visit if their soups were gluten free, assuming they weren't but the clerk said it was. On the second visit, I asked about the crab soup being gluten free, and the cashier didn't know, but found out for me, and it was, so I had a bowl!
I didn't verify how much they work to avoid cross-contamination, so if you are very sensitive, you would need to check that out, but this is a place you should definitely try if you are nearby.

I was walking by and saw their sign for Gluten Free menu so I gave it a try. The tatter tots are even made in a separate fryer so they’re gluten-free as well. They use a gf bun which was pretty good. This place is very pricey but the taste was good. I didn’t have any issues.

I was so excited to eat here that I didn't even look at the price before I ordered. They serve lobster rolrolls, and all the fillings are gluten free. $33 for a lobster roll with tator tots. They forgot my bottle of water in my to-go order. And the food wasn't even good. It was a microwaved Udi roll, not even toasted with butter, and the lobster was chewy and also not buttery (I got the Connecticut Roll, which supposedly has herbed butter). The tots were mushy. I was so bummed. No need to go back.

Only option here is lobster meat (cut up) on a green salad. Some eat-in space.

Got there and they had no gluten free bread
They have Gluten free buns! Good place
Offers gluten free options for both lobster rolls and soup, but be aware this is NOT safe for celiacs due to lack of staff training. I watched the employee handle regular rolls and then go back to mine without changing gloves and use the same surface for both
They don’t have much gluten free options here BUT do yourself a favor and run to Whole Foods and get gluten free French bread rolls and they will make you the best gluten free lobster roll ever!!!
