No GF menu or any GF labels but most of the food is naturally GF. Great variety of delicious meat.

So, so good! We ate at this restaurant in Las Vegas and now in Charleston. They are very knowledgeable and offer SO many choices. The food is DELICIOUS!!! My only advice, make sure you have an empty stomach because you will be stuffed!

Manager was very knowledgeable. Most food is gluten free including the cheese bread. They bring you a list of the meats and sides that contain gluten so you can avoid them, and it’s only about 9 items. Overall great and safe place to eat.

Delicious! Lots of gluten free options. Left very full and didn’t get sick. The staff was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

Brazilian steakhouse means a trip to a varied "salad" bar with complex options (mango salad, potato salad, picked beets, cheeses, etc.), followed by waiters coming by with offerings of wonderfully cooked and spiced meats. Primarily steak (hence "steakhouse"), but the shrimp and salmon were just as wonderful. Cheese puffs standard instead of table bread, GF and delicious.
90% of meats are GF (chicken drumsticks are marinated in beer, one of the spicy meats had soy sauce) but they're cooked rotisserie style and prepared separately. Salad bar has full ingredients, with separate serving utensils for each dish and very few items with non-GF ingredients to worry about.
Asked about GF dining, received the full list of non GF items served - a short list! Food, atmosphere and service were superb. Pricy dining (~$50/person) but all you can eat salad bar + meats, so a great evening after a long day art shopping and walking the town. Overall, a wonderful experience!

A little expensive but well worth it. Major advice - don’t eat two meals before you get there. It is an all you can eat meat and salad bar. 95% of the menu is gluten free. The servers are informed and careful. Sooooooo much good food.

99% of their salad bar is GF. Brazilian cheese bread brought to the table is GF. All meats except chicken is GF- meats served table side.
Salad Bar- 99% GF. Meats (except chicken) GF. Sides served table side (bananas, bread, potatoes)- GF. Cooked salmon, shrimp & warm cinnamon pineapple come with the salad bar. Great place for clean, healthy GF eating. Oh- and deserts- Creme brûlée and flan (excellent)!
Great Brazilian experience. We eat at A LOT of Brazilian restaurants. Hands down the BEST

One of the supervisors (Laura) went over everything I could have before we hit the amazing salad bar - they had the best assortment of different salads, meats, and cheeses (just steer clear of the quinoa salad) and they have the best Brazilian rice. Most of the meats were GF (minus the chicken wings and sausage) and she even double checked about the seasonings used and offered for the chef to cook them gluten free for me!! Such an amazing experience, I’m Celiac and usually extremely sensitive and I have no problem here! Will be back for sure!

Excellent restaurant for those who need Gluten Free dining. The manager and staff are extremely knowledgeable about the food. They are beyond friendly and service is impeccable. There are less than five restricted items and upon request they have made those gluten free. It’s so wonderful to go out and enjoy everything without fear of cross contamination!
