This is an awesome 0lace to get your gluten free meals. You can eat there or you can take it with you. I have a new favorite place!

I bought a few meals and they all had the same spice so they all tasted the same. I did not immediately get sick but developed joint pain.

Prepared meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The majority of the meals are now gluten free, but to be sure you're getting the right meal there's always someone there to help. Friendly staff and they have microwaves and a seating for the meal on the go. It took awhile to try them because of some of the reviews, but now that I did, I'm very happy I did.

I am giving this store in particular a 1-star not the whole MFF company. I actually do love MFF and the easiness that it brings in my life. I went in for the 21 day challenge, the assessment with the nutritionist went well the first time but then it left a lot to desire. She never took the down the variables needed for progress monitoring (such as weight, inches, etc) even after I brought it up a couple of times. Half the time that I went to pick up the meals I didn't get the correspondent snacks, when I would text her about it she would say "oops. I'm sorry. I'll give them to you next time", which it never happened. And the last time I went to pick up my meals for the last part of the 21 day challenge, half the food was missing.

Oh!! And the food had a lot to desire too! I found a HAIR in 2 of the meals. The apples in the snacks were ROTTEN (I have pictures). The killuh Chilli tasted like it had gone bad (VINAIGRETTE like, and I had just picked it up).

What really got me though is that after the 21 day challenge I had requested the nutritionist to assess a meal plan for lunch and dinner. She said OK. I went to pick up the meals and when I got home I texted her asking her if I should just pick and choose the meals or if there was a plan. She replied next day saying "I was out yesterday but I'll send it to you today". She didn't send it until next day. AND the "funny" part is that... She LIED to my "face" because I saw her sitting down with another client when she said she was out....

Great ready made, fresh meals. Quite a few are GF and labeled such.

I've been a customer for about a year and a half. Was a big fan at first when 95% of the meals were gf. Now it's down to about 50% gf and they keep coating all of the meat (whether it's chicken, beef or pork) with the same seasoning so everything tastes the same. I've seen a drastic change so I'm guessing they hired a new executive chef.....bad move. I spend about $600/month there and I have one foot out the door unless something changes. I've voiced my opinion in the store but it doesn't seem to matter. I guess they don't care what their customers think!

Convenient, but food wasn't very good. This place has pre-made meals you can take home and heat up (not really a restaurant). It tasted quite "healthy" but gf items were marked clearly and nearly all were gf!

Lots of great choices...not made in a dedicated facility. It would be great if they were :)

Awesome, just like Mom used to make, but GF, a little spicy, and delicious! MyFitFoods.com is healthy GF food with veggies and sometimes fruit, special seasonings, for fit healthy meals. My wife and I love the food choices as well as the reasonable prices!

Disgusting. Everything was prepackaged, over priced and I asked them to suggest something dairy free to which they answered almost everything is. I asked them if the gumbo was dairy free and they said yes. I checked the label and there is butter in it and an explicit statement that it had dairy in it. The entrée I did choose was totally disgusting. Never will I go here again.

Healthy prepared portion control. Not certified GF I don't think but many choices.

They do have many items that are designated "gluten free" but it is inaccurate. since all items are prepared on a shared kitchen. This might be fine for someone who chooses to eliminate gluten but it isn't for those of us who are strongly reactive.

Love this place!

Ready made fresh gluten free meals available for carryout. Excellent "fast food" option. Additional stores planned for Boise.

Just found Fit Foods a week ago. The staff was great as well as the food. I will be stopping next time I am in the area.

Exceptional food and a wide variety of meals for you to chose from. If you lead a hectic lifestyle, My Fit Foods is a great option to have fresh gluten free meals that can be ready in 2 minutes. Staff is extremely helpful as well. Give it a try... I am certain you will love it!
